The extender is hung on the back of the TV with doubestick tape and a 3M hook. I also have component run to the TV, but it isn’t being used.

So you have no problems with the DMA 2100 receiving IR commands from behind the set?
None at all, it works really well back there. I did have a problem getting it to stay with just double stick tape, but those 3M hooks are awesome.
Thanks. I am trying to decide if I should get a Samsung Media Live or a DMA2100 to put behind my 32″ Samsung in the bedroom. Right now I have a 360 sitting on our dresser which has a very low WAF as you could probably guess. I don’t need surround and my TV is compatible with the media Live but considering your feedback and the price difference I will probably go with the Linksys.I have a swivel mount that I could easily strap it to.
I was not impressed with the Samsung. It was a great idea, but not a good implementation. If it was cheaper or better, then I’d say yes, but it is neither.
