The 360 is in the closet as is the Home Automation controller, so this IR receiver picks up the signal and relays it via a Xantech block back to the HA controller which proxies it.

   What kind of Xantech block do you use? Does it communicate with the HA controller over Cat5?

   I use this one. It connects to the HA controller by blaster to a USB-UIRT. If I was going to do it again, I’d get the IR receiver for the GC-100 and skip the amp all together.
